Heidi F. Dunn is a writer who believes in the power of truth, healing, and second chances. Through raw storytelling and unfiltered honesty, she shares her journey of surviving trauma, reclaiming her voice, and rebuilding her life from the ashes. Her work is rooted in lived experience, the kind that breaks you open and teaches you how to rise anyway. Heidi writes not from theory, but from survival. Her mission is simple: to remind others that silence is not strength, and that even in the darkest chapters, light is still possible.

Heidi is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology and plans to continue to earn her Master’s degree to become an outside-the-box therapist one who understands that healing is not one-size-fits-all. She is passionate about helping others navigate trauma, resilience, and restoration in unconventional ways, meeting people where they are and guiding them toward meaningful, lasting change.
